Silver Cloud Expedition is the most luxurious ice class vessel in expedition cruising and shell boast more stunning dining and entertainment options than any other ice-class ship to the White Continent.

She has an ice-strengthened hull that enables her to safely maneuver through ice floes with ease, and a knowledgeable and experienced Expedition Team that provides insight and understanding to each unforgettable Antarctic adventure. She travels at an average speed of 18 knots and has a Lloyds Register ice-class notation (1C).

The M/V Silver Cloud has 130 expansive ocean-view suites, each with 24-hour room service, Butler service and an elegant ambience of unrivaled luxury. Almost all of her suites will include private verandas so that a breaching whale or a few cavorting penguins are always within sight. Triples can be accommodated in many suites and five also offer the option of adjoining with the connecting suite.

Yes! All of our posted itineraries can be considered a starting point and were happy to tailor a trip to your exact desires. There may be some elements of a trip, such as a cruise or all-inclusive lodge stay, that cannot be modified but we can always adjust the tours around those components.

We provide full service tours so in general our trips include all guided activities with professional English-speaking guides, accommodations, transportation, airport transfers, entrance fees and permits, select meals, and pre-departure services.
