- Accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms
- One bedroom has convertible bedding (two twins or one king) and the other has one queen bed
- Both bedrooms have their own private deck and bathroom
- 829 square feet of interior space and 204 square feet of outside deck space

Villa Tortuga
- Accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms
- One master bedroom with king size bed, two-shower bathroom and private deck
- Two standard bedrooms with convertible bedding (two twins or one king), each with a private deck and one shared bathroom
- Junior bedroom is the smallest room with queen bed and a private bathroom
- 2,917 square feet of interior space and 1,300 square feet of outside deck space
