We are listeners. It’s an important skill for trip creators to have. And not just before your trip, when, of course, it’s important for our team of South America and Central America travel specialists to listen closely in order to build your ideal customized travel itinerary attuned to your interests and schedule, but also after your travel experience with Southern Explorations.
We love feedback. We love hearing from our past guests, learning more from their own experiences, and continually building on our experience creating itineraries that deliver above and beyond.
That’s why, following every Southern Explorations adventure, we make sure to survey our guests to learn all we can about their particular experience exploring South America and Central America with us. They were so warm, knowledgeable and deeply connected to the culture, local people, cuisine and textile heritage. We learned so much, did so much and it was thanks to them that we enjoyed an authentic (not tourist) experience.
This is our second fabulous trip with Southern Explorations and we will most certainly book through you again for our personal travel to South America. I am also considering a work related trip (I work for a college that hosts alumni educational travel trips) and will be in touch with you about a possible trip in 2020 (perhaps Machu Picchu again as that would be a draw, but also thinking about Patagonia in Chile).
